Retroactive legalisation of existing buildings or extensions which have not been registered

Under certain circumstances it is possible to legalise buildings, parts of buildings or extensions which have not yet been registered.

There are two important benefits to legalisation and being entered to the building register. Firstly, you gain more legal security and secondly, only the registered parts of a building are valued in a mortage assessment.

I am happy to give you advice regarding these options and I offer all of the relevant construction services and certificates as an architect and member of the local architects' association:

- Inventories
- Retroactive planning applications
- Certificates for the title deeds (e.g. the Certificado de antigüedad)

It goes without saying that I would be happy to assist you with the formalities and to accompany you to the relevant authorities.
